It is traditional for us to remember the loved ones that death has taken from us during Yizkor services on Yom Kippur afternoon by reading their names from our Yizkor Book. This year that service is on Thursday, October 2. Please fill out the form below with their names (one name per line) and on the top of the list who is remembering them.

New this year: You have your choice of sending names only or names with pictures that will be projected during the Yizkor service. Names only are $10 each and names with pictures are $18 each. Please send all pictures with names to Cantor Allison at cantorallison@temple-sinai.net by September 14.

All names and pictures must be received by Sunday, September 14, so that the booklet can be prepared in time for printing. May this New Year of 5786 be filled with sweetness and love and health for you and your family.
